Prenatal Yoga

Today was my first yoga class at Happy Bambino. It felt great and I was very relaxed afterwards. There were eight other pregnant women in my class. One had the same due date as me!

Yoga is a wonderful companion throughout all stages of pregnancy. Yoga not only alleviates many of the discomforts that can come with pregnancy, but can help you connect more deelpy with your breath, your body, and your growing child within. The postures, breathwork, and relaxation are all catered to meet the needs of your changing body. We work with strengthening postures to help your body better meet the demands of pregnancy and early motherhood, postures which increase flexibility in the hips and pelvis to prepare for labor and birth, and restorative postures to enhance your ability to relax and nourish the nervous system.
